Konker is working with an award-winning consultancy practice that is on the hunt for a talented Graduate/Junior Architectural Technician for their Plymouth office!
 
This growing consultancy was established over 50 years ago and has been at the forefront of the industry for over five decades.
 
They have seven offices across the South of England and one in the North, they are a Building Top 150 consultancy offering a wide range of services including Architectural, Interior Design, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management & Building Services Engineering.
 
As the Graduate/Junior Architectural Technician at this consultancy, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple sectors, including residential and commercial development, education, social housing, industrial and much more.
 
You will also be offered mentoring and support for your MCIAT from a Chartered Technologist within the Plymouth office.

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of projects
  • Use Revit to detail and produce 3D Models
  • Draw up existing and proposed plans

  • Produce working drawings, building regulations, and construction information

The salary for this position ranges from £21,500 up to £26,500 for the right candidate along with a generous benefits package. They also have a working arrangement of four days a week in the office and one day at home.
 
To Be Considered: Graduate/Junior Architectural Technician 
  • A recent graduate of an Architectural Design & Technology degree or similar
  • Ideally some work experience or a University internship
  • Live within a commutable distance of Plymouth
  • Experience working on live projects using REVIT
  • Working knowledge of working drawings, building regulations, and construction information
