Graduate Quantity Surveyor

An energetic and dynamic privately owned Construction & Property Consultancy in the heart of Manchester is looking to add an ambitious Graduate Quantity Surveyor to their team.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will ideally have completed some form of work experience within a UK Construction Consultancy, such as an internship, work experience, placement year etc.

The company boasts an impressive pipeline of projects thus providing the ideal environment to experience unrivalled industry exposure, development and APC support. Working on multimillion pound projects including:

• High rise apartment blocks
• Low rise apartment blocks
• Mixed use developments
• Student Accommodation & Shared Living
• Hotels
• Stadia

The new Graduate Quantity Surveyor will benefit from close mentorship from chartered senior professionals, exposure to elements of Employers Agent and Project Management roles, a broad variety of sectors, and a tailored development plan including strong support with achieving chartership yourself.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Graduate Quantity Surveyor will be ambitious, hands on and eager to learn and develop long term within a firm. You will also have:

• A construction related degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• Basic pre & post contract experience ideally
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Trainee role, Apprenticeship, Work Experience, Internship etc
• A valid UK driving license is beneficial
