As our National Accounts Manager , you will take responsibility for a portfolio of National customer accounts, ensuring that sales, margin and profit targets are met. You'll work with a high level of autonomy, ensuring the correct commercial decisions are made for the benefit of the business, and in line with the overall sales strategy for the business channel area. You will ensure that customer needs are supported to the highest professional standard. Your responsibilities as our National Accounts Manager will include: Defining a visionary approach plan for your targeted accounts, target them and win supply within the agreed timeframe, feedback regularly on progress and development. Grow Company turnover profitability and reputation in these new accounts through the consistent delivery of strong performances and results, and the exploration of new opportunities on-going. Define and agree on-going development and business size and profitability through the Annual Development Plan, signed off in conjunction with the Budget process each year. Develop and maintain a multi-dimensional relationship with targeted Accounts, ensuring all target customers are serviced well through regular personal contact. Lead, motivate and manage colleagues to support your areas of responsibility. Control net contribution within your accounts to budgeted levels or better, through regular review with the Finance Team, and quality appraisal of new development opportunities through the company’s ROI system. Ensure customer debts are paid on time. Advise other colleagues such as Marketing and Design, of all major product developments within your customer base. Operate your business dealing in accordance with the company’s Collaboration Charter values at all times. What we are looking for in our National Accounts Manager: Considerable experience in a National Account position and have a strong proven track record in sales development with the major targeted accounts. Strong working experience of design and colour / affinity with creative businesses, with experience gained in the clothing or home fashion sectors, or perhaps creative agencies. Must be able to define approach plans for targets, secure appointments, and secure sales with the key decision makers, and develop business with them in a long term, category management approach. A sound financial awareness of sales, margin, costs, and P&amp;L’s. Able to lead negotiations on price and trading terms. Competent computer skills, to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and be able to learn the company’s IT Systems. Ability to work at various levels within targeted accounts, from the administrators to the senior buying roles. As our PR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Community &amp; Social Manager in the delivery of PR KPIs globally. You’ll be instrumental in the delivery of Graham &amp; Brown communications through a variety of routes and channels across digital and print. Our&nbsp;PR Manager will: Build strong relationship with the key media targets and the teams within them to maximise the exposure of the brand across digital and print. Write engaging and inspiring press releases in line with the marketing communications plan and secure in relevant publications. Support press releases by liaising with key media to ensure maximum publicity and positive coverage. Manage the PR budget Manage suppliers such as news-wires and image libraries, ensure we also have best in class suppliers who can facilitate our message. Run our press office.&nbsp; React to ‘press wire’ to ensure we respond to what journalists are looking for. Respond to all sample requests ensuring despatch and receipt of the samples is in good time to meet journalist deadlines. Proactively identify opportunities for topical and “press stories” and deliver on them in support of marketing and business objectives.&nbsp; (e.g. Barbie Core, Bridgerton trends – how are they relevant to our brand and do they “fit”) Use your knowledge and creativity to deliver market-leading PR activations. Manage and maintain up to date media lists. Manage PR tracking tools and ensure they continue to be fit for purpose. Track, measure and report on PR coverage KPIs. Produce monthly update reports on results. Ensure all links featured in digital articles relate to the correct locations on the website, and if not get them corrected. Plan and assist in the execution of PR events. Responsible for securing coverage across both print and digital media outlets. Follow industry trends and update the marketing team accordingly. Share quality coverage internally using Workplace. Seeking out new press opportunities/publications and contacts. Create and manage disaster recovery briefing document. Support international PR agencies where applicable. Manage international PR requests where applicable. Maintain PR assets and releases folder and work to give access to press. Ensure press information is up to date on our websites. Liaise with and guide external PR agencies where we have them. Experience and skills required by our PR Manager: Experience within an in-house PR/Comms or marketing function or within a PR agency. Very strong copywriting and editing skills. A genuine interest in the interiors industry and press. Presentation skills, media relations and public speaking. PC literate – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Excellent attention to detail.
