Opportunity:

Fantastic opportunity to join this AIM listed business who are embarking on a huge growth phase. You will join the senior leadership team in driving growth, improving efficiencies and ensuring the infrastructure supports the business at this exciting time. The company is well funded has industry experts on its board of directors and has a very clear vision.

Role:

The role will be number two in the finance department, closely working with and supporting the Group Finance Director.

  • Reviewing the subsidiary accounts prepared by the Financial Controller.
  • Preparation of consolidated management accounts and board pack on a monthly basis.
  • Ad hoc and proactive analysis of company data and KPIs.
  • Coordinating the group's annual report and interim accounts.
  • Managing the group's annual audit process.
  • Supporting the Group Finance Director with forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Managing a small team.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will be CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified and will have experience preparing accounts under IFRS.

The role will involve close collaboration with senior management of the business, investors and external advisors, excellent written and verbal communication skills are therefore essential.

Experience working within listed companies and/or in the e-commerce industry is desirable but not essential.
