Are you an established Head of HR Business Partnering with experience in supporting large, multi-site workforces?

I am currently supporting a large, multi-site organisation, as their exclusive agency partner to source a new Head of HR Business Partnering. • Deliver a first class HR Business Partnering service in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Navigate ambiguity and help the organisation find direction where needed
  • Build a HR Business Partner plan, looking at Talent, Capability and Performance across the business to drive profitability of sites
