Our client based in Bromley are seeking a Head of HR to join their team.

The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified with experience of developing HR Strategy and leading and developing an HR Team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing the operation and direction of the HR function
  • Continually improve the HR value to the business through the design, implementation, and execution of HR strategies.
  • Oversight of all HR functions including, but not limited to, compensation and benefits, payroll, training and development, performance and reward, employee relations, engagement, wellbeing and recruitment.
  • Initiate and undertake project work on high level HR
  • Champion change and lead from the front on all change initiatives
  • Manage employee on and off boarding.

Experience needed

  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
  • 10+ years' experience in a HR role
  • Experience leading and managing a team
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to multitask, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are followed through to completion
