Health & Saftey Co ordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Co ordinator to join a rapidly growing company based in Nottingham with occasional travel to other sites including Telford and Sheffield. Salary is paying between £23,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.

As Health and Safety Co ordinator you will provide essential administrative support to the HSE Team Lead, ensuring efficient HSE processes and efficiency is met This role includes a blend of administrative and organisational tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to HSE Team lead. · Support employee onboarding and provide health and safety inductions. · Assist with managing safety meetings, committee, meeting minute distribution · Assist with scheduling and coordinating safety processes / meetings. · Manage and track recorded observations / corrective actions. · Manage document control of briefing / risk assessment records, both paper and online. · Assist HSQE team with RISQS and ISO audit compliance. · Assist with management of Sentinel database, trackside safety and production of TVP's.

Skills and experience required:

Thorough attention to detail. · Must be self-motivated, self-confident · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. · The ability to work within a diverse team. · Time management · Problem solving, driver with on licence.
