Our well-established client located in a beautiful 41 bedded Care Home in Dartford, seeking a Home Manager to join their team. On a Full time, permanent basis, with a salary from £52,000 The ideal candidate will be passionate, motivated, looking for their next challenge.

Located - Dartford, Longfield.

Salary - £52,000

Main Responsibilities

As the Home Manager you will have full autonomy of your home, you'll be integral to the smooth running of daily life within your home.

You will inspire and lead your team to manage a warm and friendly home that provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals to achieve positive outcomes whilst also achieving compliance with the Homes Regulations and ensuring your home is always able to evidence a high standard of care and quality.

Skills Required

MUST hold the following:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and management

Full UK driving License with access to your own vehicle.
