Housing Compliance Manager needed in Bristol Paying  £277.11 per day ref 5251530

Full time hours on a temporary basis

  • Lead a team responsible for sponsoring, monitoring, and reporting the performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders, including the Social Housing Regulator. The reporting activities will include generating the supporting narrative relating to the ‘Big Six’ housing compliance areas including electrical, water, gas, fire, asbestos, and lifts. Plus, answering questions from stakeholders and undertaking audits.
