HR Admin Job Opportunity

At Anglian we are seeking a HR Administrator to join our team. Our HR Admin Team  deal with a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities that supporting the HR Department and the Company as a whole.  Providing an excellent service to both our People Managers and employees.

The right candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and an experienced Administrator with good IT skills.  We are flexible on working hours and are happy to consider full-time and part time hours.

Core Skills We're Looking For:

  • Organisational Skills: Effectively managing multiple tasks, maintaining detailed records, and ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Employee Records Management: Accurately enter and update employee information, organise personnel information and maintain confidentiality
  • Employee Relations: deal with incoming queries, support engagement activities, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Your Skills:

  • Exceptional Organisational Skills: Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities, able to achieve deadlines and maintain a consistent approach.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: Precision in handling documentation and data entry.
  • Effective Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively and provide essential support to the HR team.
  • Strong Confidentiality: You understand the importance of discretion and handle sensitive information with care and confidentially
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management systems.

The Job Role:

  • Provide professional administrative support to our HR Department.
  • Maintain and update employee records with the highest level of accuracy.
  • Assist with onboarding, payroll preparation, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
