A rare opportunity for an HR Administrator to join a top US law firm as part of their friendly and supportive team in their London office.

This HR Administrator opportunity will see you providing general administrative support to the HR team with a focus on CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), Diversity & Inclusion, and Graduate Recruitment & Development. This is a broad role with an interesting scope of work which includes:

  • Coordinating Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) meetings, agendas, and minute taking.
  • Organising and coordinating D&I events as part of a global team.
  • Assist in the general administration of the graduate recruitment process.
  • Assist in organising interviews associated with vacation schemes, training contracts, and newly qualified associates.
  • Payment of HR-related queries.
  • Managing the expense process.

The role would be perfect for someone who is keen to build a career in human resources. You will have experience of working in an office environment, preferably in a professional services environment. You’ll possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels of the business.

This is a hybrid role, working four days in the office and one day at home, with a salary of up to c£35,000. The role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their HR career.
