Elevation Recruitment Group – HR Division are now working with an established Distribution Company to help them find a dedicated HR Assistant to join their dynamic HR team.
This role will support the full employee lifecycle ensuring a streamlined operation of the workforce.
Some of your key responsibilities of HR Assistant will be:
- Management of the HR Administration, including document management, maintaining employee records and benefits administration
- Support recruitment, posting roles, screening CV’s and assisting in interview scheduling
- Coordinate training and development and tracking progress
- Onboarding of new employees and undertaking inductions
- Keeping up to date with policies and procedures to effectively answer employee queries
As HR Assistant, we are looking for:
- Excellent administration skills, with strong attention to detail
- Some knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as HR systems
- An excellent communicator, who can build relationships at all levels
