HR Coordinator
Our client in the Sports Education sector are currently looking for a HR Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis with a salary form £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, plus a range of perks and to be based in Park Royal.
What does the role entail?
As the HR Coordinator you will report to the Director and look after all things HR in a standalone role with involvement in all aspects of the HR employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding, to HR Administration, Employee engagement to performance management and ER to Training and Development and Policy amending and implementing. This will be a varied role encompassing all areas of HR and will have arrange of interesting HR Projects.
What skills will you have?
To be considered for this HR Coordinator role you will have a passion for play and getting children in to sports. You will be a good HR Generalist able to pick up all areas/aspects of HR and be able to multi task and prioritise efficiently whilst ensuring attention to detail. You will be an approachable team player who can communicate at all levels building relationships throughout the organisation.
