HR Manager position - City of London - Professional Services
Are you an HR Manager seeking to work for an independent professional services firm in the heart of the City Are you looking to work in a positive working environment where HR is deemed to be a positive influence and staff are treated in a compassionate and supportive manner
Our client is a leading professional services firm with an HR team of four staff and approximately 150 professional staff. Reporting to the HR Director, this role will have a generalist HR focus with a strong employee relations element.
You're responsibilities as a HR Manager will include:
- Manage all ER cases and the annual well-being calendar
- Support the HR Director in managing two junior members of the HR team
- Maintain appraisal and CPD processes
- Report on all areas including: sickness, staff turnover, recruitment trends, HR finances
- Be first point of contact for the benefits and EAP renewal process.
- Develop internal comms and training delivery for the firm
- Social Support with the organisation of quarterly events
- Manage compliance and training - AML, QAD paperwork, DBS, fit & proper
- Responsible for RTW and visa requests and updates
- Oversee the monthly payroll instruction to the Finance team.
As a HR Manager you will:
- Be an experienced HR Manager ideally having worked in a professional services firm
- Ideally be CIPD Qualified
