£24,000 -£29,000

NJR are delighted to be currently working with an Independent Financial Advisory Firm, who are now seeking a pro-active, experienced IFA Administrator to join their already well experienced team.

This role will suit someone who has been working within financial services industry, and has experience of administering Pensions & Investments

Providing support to a small team of Wealth Planners, other duties will include:

  • Processing new business
  • Using Provider Platforms
  • Producing Valuations and Illustrations
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Arrange meetings / book appointments.
  • Scanning documentation onto IFA specific software (Intelligent Office / Intelliflo)
  • Liaising with product providers / mortgage lenders, as and when necessary.
  • Assisting advisers in the creation of client financial reports / letters.
  • Manage, organise and update relevant data using database applications.

The successful candidate must have previous experience as an Administrator within financial services, ideally within an IFA practice. You must have knowledge of investment, pensions and protection. You will have an eye for detail and take extra lengths to satisfy the needs of clients. You must be confident, passionate and thrives off working in a fast paced and busy team environment.
