Heat are working with an bespoke Independent Financial Advice firm based in Edinburgh, who are looking to expand their IFA Administrator team following some internal promotions.

This smaller, boutique firm have loyal clients across Scotland and continue to build on these via referrals and recommendations.

Expectations of an IFA Administrator:

- Working directly with the Financial Advisers to support with ongoing client needs

- Managing the Financial Advisers diaries to book in meetings and client appointments

- Generating valuations and processing income / investment reports

- Managing the Intelligent Office database

- General office admin duties

Requirements to be considered for the IFA Administrator role:

- Experience of working as an Administrator within an IFA or other wealth management environment

- A general understanding of the Financial Services industry

- Experience of working to deadlines and managing various workloads

- Preference would be to have used Intelligent Office

Salary and benefits of the IFA Administrator role:

- Circa £25,000 basic salary, depending on experience

- Pension - Contributory Pension Scheme

- Holidays - 31 days (inclusive of bank holidays)

- Progression opportunities

- Exam support and financial backing
