Katie Bard are partnering with an award winning firm in the City who are seeking a full time, permanent Immigration Paralegal to join them on a full time, permanent basis in their City Centre offices. This role is perfect for someone with 18 months + Immigration Paralegal experience who is keen to progress their career working alongside a really collaborative and professional team. Candidates must have prior Paralegal experience within Immigration and ideally will have had exposure to personal and business immigration matters.

Day to day duties include:

  • Draft and review legal documents
  • Communicate with clients regarding case status and requests for additional information
  • Prepare and submit visa applications with the appropriate government agencies
  • Research and review immigration laws and regulations
  • Organize case files and maintain the firm's case management system
  • Attend client meetings, take instructions and assist with client intake

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, first class written skills, advanced MS Office skills and experience using systems such as LexisNexis. You MUST have prior case handling Paralegal experience specifically within Immigration.

Please note this role is fully office based Monday to Friday.
