This is a fully remote role with an option to go into the office therefore candidates can be based Nationwide - Brighton, Southampton, London, Birmingham, Liverpool and Scotland.

You will be part of a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and development.

As an Insolvency Cashier, you will play a crucial role in the insolvency management team, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of financial transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Process electronic payments via Online Banking
  • Print cheques where required.
  • Performing case bank account reconciliation to require deadlines.
  • Review and complete payments/receipts/journals/distributions in IPS/TPS (Transaction Processing System)
  • Daily monitoring of insolvency estate bank accounts for incoming receipts and creating direct receipt records in TPS
  • Liaising with banks in a professional manner
  • Adhering to the firm’s treasure procedures

Requirements:

  • Over a years of experience in an insolvency cashiering role
  • Financial acumen
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Adapt to new technologies and ways of working.
