Rubicon’s client are a safety-driven technology and service provider, who are looking for an Installation Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of business operations between teams, clients and suppliers. You’ll be an integral member of a dynamic team, dedicated to installing and improving security and safety measures to the highest standards.

As Installation Coordinator, you’ll be:

• Coordinating and scheduling installation projects, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Communicating with clients to manage expectations and confirm details and timelines
• Performing end-to-end management for small works projects, from initial contact to project completion
• Maintain regular contact to liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment

To be the Installation Coordinator, you’ll have:

• Previous experience within a project coordination, or similar, role
• A diligent mindset and acute attention to detail, quality and accuracy
• Experience using booking and managing small works projects (essential) and appointment scheduling software (desirable)
• Evident organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and met deadlines effectively
