Stanton House is currently exclusively recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a Support Services Business in London on a 6-month Contract paying £600 - £700 per day Inside of IR35. This role offers a hybrid working model with 1-2 in the office. There is an option to work from one of two locations, one being their London office. The Senior Finance Business Partner will be working closely with the CFO on several exciting projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with developing a 3-year strategic plan.
  • Collaborate across central functions (finance, digital, HR, procurement, etc.).
  • Work closely with the CFO and other Senior Stakeholders.
  • Evaluate costs and conduct business case analysis for multiple business areas.
  • Develop outlines for 10 workstreams from the executive leadership team.
  • Assess potential benefits and maintain RAG status.
  • Address miscellaneous tasks such as optimising the company car scheme.
  • Engage in fluid troubleshooting and problem-solving.

To be suitable for this role you must have the following:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Have a strong Management Accounting and Commercial Business Partnering background.
  • Project Management experience is ideal.
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
  • IT literacy and good communication skills.
