We create software which provides workplaces with software for people management. Anything that might need tracking in the workplace we can produce software to do this. Due to our growth in recent years and our plans for the future, we are looking to bring on an couple of experienced Business Analysts to be a real driving force behind the upcoming success and to allow us to work to a high standard.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING…

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Analyst to come in and join our Manchester team. You will be working in a close nit product team and collaborating with your colleagues each day. We are looking for someone experience working within IT/Software Delivery teams. You must be well versed in Agile practises and the Software Development Lifecycle.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key for this role. You will be working with fellow BAs, Developers, QAs as well as Stakeholders. A key aspect of the role is using Data to identify insights and make recommendations, you must have a good grasp of data analysis.
