IT Engineer
Role: IT Engineer (1st/2nd Line)
Location: West London

Salary: £27,000 to £31,000 with a great holiday package!
A leading Educational institution is looking to add to their fantastic IT team. The successful candidate will be tasked with helping the team manage an increasing workload, aid in exciting project work and be offered some amazing training.
This opportunity is an excellent chance to gain plenty of hands-on experience working alongside the IT Manager in various aspects of IT Infrastructure, as well as having formal training provided.

The role:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users
- Support Windows & O365 packages
- Troubleshooting network connectivity issues: DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP, switches, routers…
- Administrative tasks in Office365 admin portals, including SharePoint, OneDrive, teams
- Assist with mobile device rollouts using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware related issues, including laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices
- Provide deskside/onsite support
- Provide assistance & work on a range of projects
Required Technical experience:
- 1-2 years Education sector experience (Desired)
- Windows / MacOS Support
- Troubleshooting - technical issues, hardware, printers…
- Meeting room / AV set ups
- MS Office365 Administration
- Active Directory / Azure AD
- DNS / DHCP / TCP / IP
