Job Title: IT Manager

Location: Leicester, United Kingdom - Hybrid

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to a busy and professional IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for implementing innovative IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of IT services.
• Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Ensure network security and data protection measures are in place and up to date.
• Manage IT budgets, including forecasting and monitoring expenditures.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve business operations.
• Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their IT needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
