Responsibilities

- As an IT Support Engineer, provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, remote assistance, and in-person, ensuring efficient resolution of IT-related issues.

- Help maintain the health of the ticketing system and ensure timely updates on issue resolutions.

- As an IT Support Engineer, support servers (Windows), PCs (Windows & Linux), PC applications, and printers across multiple facilities.

- Install and maintain company-approved software such as MS Office and SAP.

- Enforce IT security policies and procedures to ensure maximum system availability and connectivity.

Requirements

- Degree and/or relevant certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- Demonstrable experience as an IT Support Engineer in a technical support role or help desk environment.

- Knowledge of desktop applications including MS Office and experience in supporting desktop technologies like printers and scanners.

- Ability to troubleshoot basic network issues and escalate as needed.

- Strong customer service, organisational, and analytical skills.
