They are presently seeking a Junior Project Engineer experienced in IT support. The perfect candidate will have excellent soft skills and strong abilities in customer-facing roles, particularly in interacting, negotiating, and resolving conflicts.

THE ROLE
- Deliver high-standard support, exceeding customer expectations.
- Provide comprehensive support and expertise to customers and internal teams throughout the entire process.
- Perform all duties with a strong focus on security and data compliance.
- Assist the Operations and Delivery Team in maintaining excellent customer service.
- Manage and resolve issues and queries.
- Support the Project Lead as needed.
- Attend customer meetings to understand and respond to client requirements and timelines, including site health and safety.
- Stay updated on technology and enhance skills through training.
- Participate in learning and development to maintain product knowledge.
- Focus on meeting deadlines and delivering excellent customer service.
- Participate in the 24/7 out-of-hours emergency call-out rota.
- Work flexibly to meet customer needs and service delivery requirements.
