THE QA Engineering Lead ROLE:
This role is suited to a hands-on QA Leader who has prior experience working in a fast environment. You need to have prior proven Leadership/Managerial experience, and a strong background in hands on manual and automated testing. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, with excellent problem-solving skills, and enjoys inspiring others! You will be leading a team of 5 with further plans to grow the department. You'll be a voice for Quality across all departments and be a key part of shaping the direction of the company from a QA perspective.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Proven QA Engineering Leadership experience
- Strong hands on abilities with Manual and Automated testing
- Technical skills across Python, Java, SQL, AWS
- Any FinTech/Finance experience is a huge plus
