We are currently recruiting for a new Learning & Development Coordinator, to work in the London office of our client, a leading US law firm.

Working alongside the L&D Manager and Assistant, the successful candidate will deal with legal training and development matters for the London office, liaising with the wider team to provide an efficient function.

Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Providing attorney engagement support.
  • Tracking firmwide training programmes.
  • Providing support with Learning training programmes.
  • Supporting the associate review process across Europe.
  • Providing reports on training compliance.
  • Creating events, lessons and learning paths.
  • Booking external courses.
  • Assisting with Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and events.
  • Processing invoices/departmental expenses.
  • Assisting with mentoring schemes.

A highly competitive salary and benefits package is on offer, plus hybrid working (3 days per week to be based in the office).

We are seeking candidates with prior L&D experience gained from within a law firm or professional services environment.
