Position: Learning Support Assistant in Birmingham
Rate: £14 per hour
Duration: September - July (End of Academic Year)
Start Date: After Summer
Are you passionate about supporting students and helping them achieve their full potential? We are looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our team from September until the end of the academic year in July.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with learning needs
- Assist in classroom management and lesson preparation
- Work closely with teachers to implement effective learning strategies
- Monitor and record student progress
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to student development
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Competitive pay rate of £14 per hour

Registration Information: We will be registering candidates over the summer. Please ensure you have a valid DBS check or are willing to apply for one.
