Recruitment Assistant

An exciting opportunity for a Legal Recruitment Assistant to join a top US law firm as part of their London recruitment team.

As a Legal Recruitment Assistant at the firm, you will be working alongside a dynamic team to assist in the overall administration of the lateral attorney recruiting process. Some of your responsibilities include;

• Inducting new attorneys joiners
• Sending communications to new joiners ahead of their first day
• Announcing new joiners to the firm via internal communications
• Pre-screening applications, background checks and DBS applications
• Manage and check the firm's CV portal for new applications
• Produce monthly tracking reports
• Potential support for the graduate recruitment team
