We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our client, a highly regarded Law firm, with office's in Bristrol, London, Asia, Eurpore and US. Could this be the challenge you have been looking for?

Responsibilities of this Legal Secretary role include:

  • Handling, managing and maintaining legal paperwork
  • Maintain accurate records and data, both electronically and in hard copy
  • Carry out legal research, audits and due diligence, as requested
  • Prepare court documents with accuracy
  • Transcribe legal documents precisely
  • Travel, as requested, to ensure client and team coordination

Requirements for the role:

  • Experience working as a Legal Secretary
  • High proficiency in legal secretary duties
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent IT and typing skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage personal workload

The firm are offering a competitive salary, benefits, office working pattern is 60/40 in their modern and stylish offices.
