Lettings Negotiator - Estate Agency | London

Location: London (office-based with local travel)

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 basic + £50,000+ OTE

• Registering new tenants and understanding their needs

• Booking and conducting property viewings across your local area

• Matching applicants with suitable rental properties

• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants

• Managing deals through to successful move-ins

• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues

• Previous experience in lettings or a strong sales/customer service background

• Confident communicator with a professional, outgoing personality

• Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• £20,000 - £25,000 basic salary (DOE) + uncapped commission (OTE £50k+)

• Company car or car allowance

• Ongoing ARLA training and industry-recognised qualifications

• Clear career progression into Senior Negotiator or Manager roles
