We have an urgent requirement for a Logistics Administrator to work for our manufacturing client based on the Isle of Sheppey.

The role will be a varied one and will require you to be flexible and have a mixed skill set. You will be carrying out general Administration duties such as preparing shipping documents for export, closing out shipments and creating invoices for domestic shipments, dealing with internal and external e-mails and liasing with various internal departments. You will be checking invoices and arranging for returns back to the factory as well as general data entry and ad hoc administration duties.

You will at times be asked to assist in the warehouse with stock counts and moving some products about.

You must have good administrative and communication skills, be IT literate in word and Excel and have a proven track record of working in a busy Administrative role

The hours of work are 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday and this is on an ongoing temporary basis.

The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
