Hexagon Property Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for an ultra-luxury apartment building based in West Central London.

The role will be responsible for the buildings general maintenance including basic electrical maintenance and plumbing, fixing/replacing appliances, fixtures and fittings, and painting/decorating whilst also overseeing contractors on more specialist tasks/trades.

As this is working in an extremely prestigious environment, customer service is a huge part of the role, and you'll need to be able to react in a courteous, professional and warm manner when dealing with the building's residents.

The ideal candidate will be a hands on, multi skilled maintenance professional, ideally with an electrical or mechanical qualification, and should also have a good working knowledge of health and safety. Additionally, you'll have good customer services skills and will be happy to help with non-maintenance activities as and when required as part of the team effort (i.e picking up deliveries, moving furniture etc). Although the role isn't directly responsible for managing a team, you will supervise specialist external contractors ensuring that their work is completed to a satisfactory standard.

This is a unique opportunity, based in a fantastic location, working with a great team. The roles working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm, and it comes with a salary up to £50,000, plus various benefits.
