We are seeking an experienced, Luxury Tailor Made Travel Consultant to join our small and friendly office selling luxury holidays to the finest destinations and resorts. You will ideally come from a luxury travel background. You will have excellent, bespoke tailor-made travel experience. You should have experience working in a small company and can deal with a booking from enquiry through to final documentation. Presentation, communication (verbal and written), attention to detail, sales skills and destination knowledge are very important to us and our clients.

The Job:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email and in person
  • Use your own previous experience, destination knowledge to establish the clients' requirements to recommend travel requirements.
  • Booking all aspects of travel for your customers including flight, private charters, hotels, car hire and more.
  • Ensuring that the correct documentation e.g., an invoice is sent to the customer and payment is collected.

Skills Required:

  • Previous reservations experience within luxury travel
  • Excellent destination knowledge
  • Pleasant & professional telephone manner.
  • Effective Sales skills.
  • Computer Literate - Microsoft Windows applications
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Administrative skills.

The Package:

  • Salary dependent on experience to £40,000
  • Monday - Friday (on site)
