We have an exciting opportunity for a Machines Manager to join us here at Buzz Bingo Cricklewood. This is a Full Tine Role and you must be fully flexible to work during all opening hours, paying up to £38,000 per annum depending on experience.

The Role You’ll Play

As Machines Manager for our Cricklewood Club you will be responsible for overseeing the slots estate including responsibilities such as Promotions, Customer Service, Troubleshooting, Site development and Training.

Your Responsibilities as Part of Our Team

  • Ensure that the Slots estate is well maintained and all in full working order.
  • Support and develop the slots team in club to ensure they have a high level of product knowledge,  deliver promotions fluently, and offer fantastic service to our customers.
  • Develop Team on Mars and any other required equipment.
  • Ensure the timely and secure collection/reconciliation of all monies from machines and investigation of all variances.
  • Provide Regional support to other clubs in area’s such as troubleshooting, developing and training when required.
  • Assist the GM as a Duty Manager when required taking responsibility for the overall club performance in the absence of the other managers.
  • Ensure all departments are operating in strict accordance with Operating standards, and procedures.
  • Produce Department Rotas and ensure adequate levels of staff are deployed in slots to maximise customer service throughout the day.
  • Ensure all customer complaints are addressed promptly and feedback to improve future service delivery.
  • Create plans for promoting the Slots and assist with promotional activities.
  • Provide performance expectations through regular feedback and the implementation of performance reviews for all members of the slots team.
  • Complete all Compliance and Standards audits as required by the business including density checks.
  • Ensuring you create a Safer Gambling Environment for all our Customers and Colleagues across.
