Role: Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £42,000 to £46,000 per annum + benefits + progression and training plan
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotation of 7am till 3pm, 3pm till 11pm and 11pm till 7am
Location: Commutable from Coventry, Rugby, Birmingham (west side) Royal Leamington Spa, Leicester (south side) and surround areas

This is a brand new role to work in a large and multi site company at one of their smaller and busy factories. We are seeking someone who has genuine ambition and hunger to be a leader, as this role forms part of a strategic plan to take on a higher and leading role in the future.

You will receive investment for training and development, ensuring your success in the role and company.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Engineers (Maintenance Technicians) support the production machinery including reactive, trouble-shooting and repair tasks, planned preventative maintenance, new installations and refurbishments. This would suit Maintenance Engineers who like to variation, to work across a range of machinery and equipment, who aren’t afraid to apply themselves and learn.

Requirements

Completed a recognized engineering apprenticeship and/or hold relevant engineering qualifications
Looking for a role that offers progressions and to be a leader / manager in the future
Worked in a similar environment, such as Production, Manufacturing, Automation or Industrial
Strong communication skills
Computer literate
Drive, Hunger and Keenness, with the genuine aspiration to grow
