We are currently seeking a highly motivated Commercial Management Accountant to join our growing finance team at our head office in Alcester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of key commercial accounting responsibilities in a fast-paced, hands-on role.
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal part in driving financial insight, improving performance, and supporting decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts with supporting commentary
Business partner with commercial teams to provide financial support and insights
Monitor and analyse budgets, forecasts, and variances
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts
Produce financial reports to support strategic planning and decision-making
Provide commercial analysis on product margins, pricing, and profitability
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain and improve internal controls and processes
Liaise with auditors during internal and external audit processes
Ad hoc financial projects and analysis as required by senior management
