Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description:
  • Primary focus is to be process expert for the production line, which will include;
    • Developing cell technicians and being their training facilitator
    • Interfacing with customers, external suppliers, internal stakeholders & training/governing bodies
  • Championing process optimisation and CI activities. Managing mould tool trials, commissioning activities and tool/system change overs.
  • Supporting with eAPQP including control plans, process FMEA’s and to support process flow.
  • Driving process improvements and implementation for new products/components
Manufacturing Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Must hold manufacturing experience (Ideally high volume / high speed manufacture)
  • Understanding of APQP, PPAP & FMEA
  • Automotive industry experience is advantageous / alongside injection moulding knowledge
