Marketing graduate with 3 to 5 years experience is sought by this global FinTech company for an initial 12 month contract, likely to be extended. You will play a critical role in driving existing customer growth and retention of customers within the small and medium sized business marketplace. 12 month contract, with likely extension after this.

You should have 3 years+ marketing experience including acquisition and retention programmes using marketing automation tools such as SALESFORCE.

Responsibilities:

  • Team up with the UK marketing lead and sales team to build and develop the existing customer growth strategy
  • Build and execute the account based marketing strategy and plan to deliver commercial results, covering both large firm and small practice/bookkeepers
  • Drive marketing campaigns including product education, product launch roll-outs, offer promotions and advocacy activations
  • Utilise a range of channels and formats including email marketing, webinars, video, case studies, product demos, social, events and sales enablement.
  • Be responsible for drafting a range of content for lifecycle comms.
  • Run webinars using Go to Webinar.
