Job Description:

We're looking for passionate individuals to work in education, supporting students' personal and academic growth and mentoring students in Secondary Education.

You'll engage with students, collaborate with staff, and maintain strong communication with parents to ensure a positive learning environment.

Location: Manchester, Oldham, Stockport

Must own your own vehicle

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to students with behaviour and emotional needs.
  • Help Students develop positive attitudes towards learning and life.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure each child receives the best possible support.
  • Create and implement individual action plans to address specific needs and track progress.
  • Use mentoring techniques to help students build self-esteem and resilience.
