We have an exciting opportunity for an MDM engineer to join our client in Swindon on an initial 3 month contract with potential extensions.

**Contract inside IR35 – Umbrella contractors only**

Key Experience:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent work related experience.
  • Strong Knowledge of Windows, Office and helpdesk applications.
  • Knowledge and experience of mobile and telephony systems, contract and financial management
  • Good proven customer service skills both verbal and written
  • Experience and understanding of successful contract relationships
  • Experience of successfully working within multi-disciplinary teams, including senior managers, other key stakeholders, and external partners
  • Experience of ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget to the agreed standards. Ability to create information reports, using the Software tools utilised in the IT Department
  • Ability to operate confidently at all levels within the business including, senior managers, other key stakeholders and external partners
  • Confident in and able to challenge actions, behaviours and decisions, in the event that they are contrary to contractual obligations
  • Ability to promote excellent customer service, giving high priority to customer satisfaction. Experience of analysing situations and developing creative solutions. Experience of facilitation and problem solving to a successful outcome
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous Experience working within Local Government
