We are looking for an ambitious Mortgage Advisor to provide high quality mortgage advice to clients purchasing new build homes. You must be hardworking, flexible, an excellent communicator and willing to go that extra mile to provide a 5-star service to our clients.

Working remotely in locations across the UK, the team offer in-depth local market knowledge and advice to their clients.

The New Build Mortgage Advisor Role
As the New Build Mortgage Advisor for the brokerage, you will be;

• Provided with an abundance of leads, and offer fee free advice, guiding clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage loans tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.
• Build strong relationships with New Build developers across the North East visiting sites and securing new business.

Your time will be split between the brokerages offices and new build sites across the North East, with the remaining days working remotely.

The New Build Mortgage Advisor Package

• Employed: £30k
• Commission: £10.5k Validation then 40%
• OTE £70k
• Hybrid - Field Based
• Administrative support - Dedicated Client relationship manager

New Build Mortgage Advisor desired skills and experience

• Have sound knowledge and understanding on new build related processes and schemes
• Have face to face mortgage experience.
• Have a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage sector.
• Support New Build partners at weekend sales events where required.
• Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards.
• Be CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
