We're hiring a PA/Office Administrator on behalf of our client in Sutton to provide high-quality administrative support to three Partners. Responsibilities include phone calls, diary management, paperwork, and assisting with insolvency appointments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 A levels (A* to C)
  • Ideally 2 years' admin experience
  • Strong Microsoft suite skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience working as a PA
  • Prior experience in finance is desirable although not essential

Terms:

  • Salary: £25k - £30k
  • Mon - Thurs, 8 am - 6 pm
  • 6.3 weeks holiday, bank holidays included
  • 3-month probation
  • Group personal pension (4% employer/employee contributions)
  • Employee Assistance Programme
