Enthusiastic, energetic Office Assistant/Administrator required to join successful Mayfair based Property Development / Investment firm. You will be integral to the office and there is huge scope to develop, you will join a friendly, sociable and supportive team. Ideally immediately available to start on a temporary to permanent basis.

Key duties:

  • Ensuring day-to-day running of the office.
  • Providing administrative support and proactively assisting the team.
  • Answering, directing calls and taking messages.
  • First point of contact for clients visiting the office, ensuring meeting rooms are organised and prepped.
  • Managing inboxes and diary management.
  • Event co-ordination both internal for the team, socials along with assisting with external client events.
  • Liaising and coordinating with office suppliers, maintenance contractors (I.T. helpdesk, mobile providers).
  • If interesting in property you will be given the opportunity to shadow the property development team.

Ideal candidate:

  • 1-2 years office administration/reception experience within a professional office environment.
  • Excellent eye for detail with impeccable communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly organised and an enthusiastic team player.
  • A 'can do’ proactive worth ethic.

This is a varied role with scope for progression and develop within a friendly, supportive, professional team of over 50 staff.
