Job Title : Office Coordinator 
Salary : Up to £35K 
Job Type : Permanent 

The Role 

My client within the cosmetics industry is seeking an Office Coordinator to join the team in their Head Offie. You will be responsible for providing administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth operation of the office and salons. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and administrative skills, as well as proficiency in office software.

What you'll do 
  • Assisting the General Managers as required
  • Liaise and maintain relationships with existing vendors and new suppliers
  • Assist with the weekly and monthly reports
  • Manage and maintain rotas and holiday trackers
  • Oversee store inventory and purchasing
  • Support the HR function and manage HR records
  • Support with the hiring of new staff when needed
  • Support the accounts team with information required for payroll
Who you are 
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in office software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Experience in payroll / HR admin duties highly desirable 


Please note this role would be in office full time during training with some flexibility after probation.
