Our client is a global manufacturer based in Warrington. With a substantial global presence, they are known for their commitment to quality and innovation. They have grown within the UK, and so are looking for an Office Coordinator to support the HR function and wider office.

Description

Duties of the Office Coordinator:

  • Provide support services across the site
  • Ensure people records are maintained, including the issuing of contracts and onboarding
  • Supporting in recruitment activities
  • Manage internal communications, creating content for issuing positive communication
  • Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures
  • Take ownership of company events

Profile

A successful Office Coordinator will be/have:

  • Work experience containing some administration and organisational work
  • Evidence of working with diverse client group and high workload
  • Ability to prioritise
  • High attention to detail, ability to work accurately
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications

Job Offer

Salary £30k - £38k
