Experience:
At least 3 years in a small business office administrative role ideally within the IT sector
5 days from our South London office
Full time, 9am-6pm Monday - Friday
Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative office tasks to include the following:
Managing all customer and supplier queries via telephone and email.
Ordering office supplies to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Onboarding and offboarding of customers on your records database.
Creating new customers in Xero (accounts system)
Provide user assistance as required
Documenting process and procedures in detail
Creating monthly invoices in Xero with customised phone reports as requested by the business.
Other general office admin duties, answering the phone, passing on messages within the team, keeping the general office flow running.
Managing timesheets for all off-site employees, holiday planner, general calendar management to ensure cohesive running of the office.
Experience and Knowledge:
At least 3 years in a small business office administrative role ideally within the IT sector
Excellent problem solving and communication skills (email and telephone) Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner
Good IT awareness
Must be able to undertake a process-driven workflow.
Good communications skills in order for to convey well-worded emails.
Personality & Attributes:
Able to work as an individual and within a team
Target driven, focused on achieving goals and tenacious in your approach, self-motivated
Direct and honest, respectful of others
Excellent time management and dispute management skills
What you’ll receive:
Permanent contract, full time, 9am-6pm Monday - Friday
Starting salary £30,000, rising to £32,000 after 6 months in the role subject to performance)
20 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays
Annual cost of living salary increase & pension contribution
