Our client, an award-winning FTSE listed property company, is looking to recruit an Office Services Manager to deliver outstanding property management services to this iconic City based campus. The campus consists of both office and retail/hospitality spaces. The role is initially a 12 month FTC but there is the possibility that this will extend.

Being a good communicator with relevant experience as a Office Manager/ Facilities Co-ordinator is essential to be considered for this position.

What you will do:

Provide and maintain a welcoming environment for visitors and colleagues within the campus.

  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team.
  • Integrate the Campus App into campus processes and procedures.
  • Support the roll out and integration of World Class Welcome in all buildings.
  • Demonstrate and promote the company values through regular newsletters, delivery of team events and contributing to training plans.
  • Review processes and procedures with a view to streamlining, simplifying, and increasing efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports.
  • Take responsibility for the budget for the Estate Management Office.

In order to be considered for this role it is essential that you meet the following criteria:

Facilities or property management experience

  • Health and Safety awareness
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Project and contract management experience is advantageous but not key
