Office Support Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Office Support Business Partner, to provide high-quality administrative and marketing resource across our Group, ensuring a clean, organised, and efficient work environment.

The role will bring a level of office and administrative experience which is integral to ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and will support various office tasks across multiple areas of the Group.

This role includes, development and management of the company’s strategic marketing and business development plans, including social media profiles and output, propelling the Group’s market presence, and driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Working hours are, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with one hour for lunch. The role is primarily London based, with a minimum of 3 days in the office/2 days working from home. This is subject to change at any times as business needs dictate.

Objectives of the Role

To provide a high-quality, support service across the Group and within the office operation, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

To uphold, and develop where necessary, effective office processes, ensuring compliance, and developing a culture of operational excellence.

To be the primary point of contact for all office/administrative/marketing related queries, working pro-actively and collaboratively with different departments to facilitate smooth communication and operations.

To develop and manage the Group’s strategic marketing and business development plans, including to produce, promote and manage all company marketing materials and social media platforms.

To build and maintain relationships with external stake holders.

To ensure that all business handled is in adherence to all internal compliance and external regulatory requirements.

To maximise the efficiency of all internal and external IT and/or manual systems.

About you

It is intended the successful candidate will bring a level of office and administrative experience which is integral to ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and will support various office tasks across multiple areas of the Group.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual, who has great attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, promotes excellent customer service skills, thinks commercially in all aspects of the role, and understands that the little details are important.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, highly organised and adaptable, with good communication skills (both verbal and written), confident collaborating with different departments to facilitate smooth communication and operations, and an aptitude for helping others and commercially aware.

The ideal candidate will bring an experienced level of administration and marketing experience in a rounded role, ideally in a Lloyd’s Insurance broker but this is not essential.

Computer literacy is an essential skill for this role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education

GCSE or equivalent (minimum)

A level or Equivalent (preferred)

We offer

Annual salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.

28 working days plus bank holidays
