Operations Administrator
This Operational role is a largely process driven administrative role for a growing Financial services business based in Weybridge.
Client Details
The client is a rapidly growing business that has Operations in the US and UK, they are looking to expand their team at an entry, administrative level.
Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
- Processing financial and confidential information
- On-boarding new clients and checking crucial information
- Uploading relevant and updated information onto the database
- Identifying gaps, anomalies and issues with information
- Getting relevant information, compliance documentations onto the system
- Dealing with client updates/ queries
- Excel work- copy and pasting and updating spreadsheets
Profile
The successful candidate will ideally have-
- A degree
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have solid excel skills (Copy & Paste and basic formulas)
- Have a good approach to learning
- Be committed and loyal
- Be able to be office based
